    If you're suffering because of pain and/or loss of movement in your shoulder... this will be the most important article you've ever read.

    Shoulder pain can have many causes.  Your shoulder can hurt because of muscle, ligament or tendon damage.  It can also be the result of a neck problem, which is causing nerve compression.  

    But before any treatment is administered, you'll want to make sure the CAUSE of your pain has been properly diagnosed.  In my experience, it is all-too-common that I examine patients whose previous doctor had been prescribing them painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs and even physical therapy ... without ever having determined the cause of the pain.
