If you have had x-rays, MRI, CT-Scans and they are available from the physician or diagnostic center on a disc, please bring it with you on (or preferably before) your first visit.  I will transfer them to my computer for analysis.

    If you have had any of the above performed at MRI-CT Diagnostics in Virginia Beach, please alert my staff when you make your appointment for consultation.  I may be able to directly access these images online.

    Please provide me with any written reports of findings for any MRI, CT or X-rays taken within 2 years.
 
    I prefer that you fax, or have the doctor, diagnostic center or hospital fax these reports to my office PRIOR to your first consultation/exam visit.
