According to the Manufacturer, Needak:

Our Warranty for purchasers of the Needak® rebounder:

In manufacturing the Needak® rebounder we insist that only the best materials and workmanship available be used. This assures us that the Needak® rebounder will be the best, from the standpoints of design, performance, and durability. Consequently, Needak Manufacturing LLC (NMLLC) offers the following limited warranty on each rebounder.

Residential Use: NEEDAK® MFG. guarantees the following items to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods indicated:

Frame, frame hinges, platform pins, and leg tubes    LIFETIME

Mat, mat cleats, and spring pins   five (5) years

Mat springs, leg tips, leg springs, and safety spring cover     two (2) years

Commercial Use: NEEDAK® MFG. guarantees the following items to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods indicated:

Frame and frame hinges five (5) years

Mat two (2) years

All other parts one (1) year

Additional Information

Frequently items like spring replacement and other warranty issues may be corrected by the purchaser and it is seldom necessary that merchandise needs to be returned.  Therefore all returns require prior authorization.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping on all returns.  Contact us for warranty claims at:

Warranty claims from outside the fifty US states and portions of Canada require prepayment of shipping charges by purchaser. Purchaser is responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs fees, etc.

Support

The Needak® rebounder is built to stand the test of time.  To ensure a long life for your rebounder and maximize the benefits, we suggest the following routine maintenance items:

Occasionally lubricate the metal on metal contact points on the springs (clevis pins and mat cleats).  We suggest a grease such as vaseline, duralube, or other silicone grease.  Liquid oil will run off the springs and fall to the floor.

Should a mat spring break, it should be replaced as quickly as practical.  Use of a rebounder that has more than 1 broken spring puts uneven pressure on the remaining springs and they may be damaged.

We recommend occasional replacement of the entire set of mat springs.  The structure of any spring changes over it's useful life and eventually lose its resiliency.  Contact Needak "Replacement Parts" for new springs.

The spring cover is designed to protect your toes from becoming entangled in the springs.  It is not a jumping surface.  Avoid bouncing directly on the spring cover.

The stabilizing bar is designed to assist you with rebounding by aiding in maintaining your balance.  Do not hang on the bar or allow  children to use it as jungle gym.  This may damage the legs or attachment points on the frame and will void the warranty.

The Permatron® Mat on your rebounder is built to take years of use.  Shoes are acceptable for rebounding.  We suggest that you use caution  when rebounding while wearing only socks, other hosiery, or bare feet.  The material of some socks/hosiery  tend to be slippery against the Permatron® material; bare feet may or may not grip solidly either.  You will need to experiment for your individual situation.

The rebounder is not designed for performing tricks.  Do not jump from the floor to the mat surface."

Return Policies - Bellicon Rebounders

Damaged Goods Claims:

a) Damage through transportation. All damage due to transportation must be reported immediately, and no later than three business days following the receipt of the item. The original packaging needs to be kept available for FedEx inspection. If the original packaging is unavailable, no claim can be accepted. Replacements for possible damage caused during transportation will only be made, if the claim is accepted by FedEx. Best Rebounders purchases all equipment from Bellicon's American distributor, QiBounding® who acts only as the middleman between the customer and FedEx. If FedEx is refuses the claim, QiBounding® cannot be held responsible for any claims, damages, or reimbursement.
 
b) All other damaged goods claims, must be sent to QiBounding® within three business days after receipt of delivery, with sufficient detail for an objective assessment of the damage to be made. If the goods are found to be damaged due to no fault of the Customer, QiBounding® will send free replacements of the damaged parts.
  
Return Policy for non damaged merchandise
 
Best Rebounders/QiBounding® accepts the return of merchandise from United States customers within 10 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be in absolutely impeccable condition and be returned in its original shipping box along with all contents.
 
The Customer must inform Best Rebounders/QiBounding® about his or her wish to return the merchandise so that QiBounding® can issue an RMA # (Return Material Authorization). QiBounding® will then give the customer an address to ship the product to. Return shipping to QiBounding® is at the customer's expense unless the return is a result of a shipping error caused by QiBounding® at which point QiBounding® will rectify the problem promptly without expense to the customer. Merchandise that is returned to QiBounding® without an RMA, will be sent back to the Customer at Customer's expense.
 
After having received the RMA #, the Customer has three business days to initiate the shipping and to send the tracking number to info@QiBounding®.com. If QiBounding® does not receive a tracking number within these three business days, no reimbursement can be given.
 
Return shipping costs and insurance is the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must send the merchandise via FedEx or UPS with "Direct Signature required" in order to be able to prove delivery to QiBounding®. If the item is returned to QiBounding® in a damaged condition and it is determined that such damage has happened either at the customer's premises through rough handling or during the return shipping process, no reimbursement will be given.
 
Reimbursement Policy
a) Reimbursement for items that arrived damaged at the customer's premises
For valid damaged good claims (see "Damaged Good Claims above), QiBounding® will either replace the item free of charge or, if the customer does not desire an exchange, a total refund of his payment will be processed. 
However, if the item is found  to NOT be defective, the following fees will be deducted from the reimbursement: a 20% restocking fee and any fees associated with shipping and handling.
 
b) Reimbursement for Returns of non-damaged merchandise
If the customer wishes to return the merchandise for reasons other than those discussed in subparagraph a) immediately above, the following fees will be deducted from any reimbursement:
-  20% restocking fee
-  Shipping and handling
 
Returns will be accepted only, if the item arrives at QiBounding® in absolutely impeccable condition, in its original packing, and with all original content. In case of an incomplete return, or if the merchandise arrives in a damaged condition either through rough handling at the customer's premises or is damaged during the return shipping process, either a partial reimbursement or no reimbursement at all will be given depending on the extent of the damage to the item.
